A social fitness product that combines structured workout plans, challenges, community activity, progress, and achievements into one connected experience, designed to make training feel less solitary and more sustained.
Zeal Fitness is a social fitness product combining workout plans, challenges, community activity, progress, and achievements. Devket approached the project as a connected product experience, a single, coherent system rather than a collection of isolated screens.
Challenge
Fitness tracking often feels isolated, and that isolation is exactly where motivation tends to fade. People start strong, then drift away once the novelty wears off and there is no one to be accountable to.
Zeal needed to combine structured exercise with community participation, accountability, and visible progress, so that the reasons to return were built into the product, not left to willpower.

Solution
Devket designed a product where users follow plans, join challenges, connect with friends, share activity, earn badges, and review performance, with community woven around the workout, never in front of it.
Structured plans
Personalized onboarding leads into workout plans and scheduled exercises, so every user has a clear next session.
Challenges that pull you back
Discover or create challenges and invite friends, the social hook that turns a solo habit into a shared one.
Community without noise
Groups, an activity feed, and friend invitations support engagement without distracting from core workout tasks.
Visible progress
Badges, calorie tracking, daily summaries, and history make effort tangible and worth continuing.
Product experience
Inside the product
Onboarding and plans
A short, guided onboarding sets goals and profile details, then drops the user straight into browsable workout plans and Zeal challenges, momentum from the first session.
Challenges and community
Challenge discovery, groups, and an activity feed keep the social layer close to the workout, so accountability and encouragement happen in context.
Progress, badges, and timers
Progress, badges, and timers
Guided workout timers run the session; history, daily summaries, and a badge system reflect it back, closing the loop between effort and reward.
The product in motion
Moving between plan, session, and progress shows how the pieces connect: the timer runs the workout, history records it, and badges acknowledge it, one continuous loop rather than separate tools.
